At R2MS Wellness, pronounced "Artemis" after the Greek Goddess of the hunt and healing, I am not just a “macro coach” or a cookie cutter, basic personal trainer. I am a Registered Dietitian, with a Master's Degree in Nutrition, a Certified Personal Trainer and Natural Figure Pro Bodybuilder. I am also a busy mom of two girls and a Golden Retriever named Polly. I don’t do templated responses, meal plans, canned emails, or programs. I recognize that we all have different goals, dieting histories, and lifestyles and there is no one size fits all when it comes to our nutrition + training. You are a unique individual with individualized needs and I meet you where you are in order to help you find a sustainable approach to meeting and maintaining your goals.
Flexible Nutrition is the method of tracking your macronutrients to help you achieve your goals, whether those goals are targeted at losing body fat, changing body composition, improving performance, pursuing a healthier lifestyle or help managing a chronic condition. Flexible Nutrition takes the "good" and "bad" out of the traditional diet mentality and allows you to see the progress you want while giving you the flexibility to eat the foods you love. I also have a passion for helping individuals with gut-health issues, working to resolve them.
