Personalized macro targets customized to match your individual lifestyle and goals and additional nutrition education to help you feel confident in the tracking process.

WEEKLY CHECK INS & ACCOUNTABILITY

Weekly check ins and macro updates with your coach. We will talk about wins and challenges, energy and performance, and make adjustments necessary to continue seeing progress so that you never feel stuck or alone.

RESOURCES

An introductory guide to tracking your macros plus access to a library of additional resources designed to help you with tracking, eating out, navigating social situations and travel, and meal prep so that you feel prepared for all situations that may come your way.

UNLIMITED SUPPORT

Unlimited support from your coach via email so that you always have the accountability and guidance you need, when you need it. As coaches, our goal is to help you through your specific challenges and questions, and celebrate your wins and progress. Your coach will respond to your check ins and messages within 24 business hours. 

Meet Your Coach

I am a business owner, a mom, a coach, and a natural pro bodybuilder. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from Texas State University, a Master's Degree in Nutrition from Texas A&M University, and am a Personal Trainer. I love what I do more than anything and feel so incredibly grateful for the knowledge I have and the individuals I am able to work with.

I know that there is an overwhelming amount of nutrition and fitness information available to us at all times, with different programs promising dramatic changes if you just follow along for 30 days. As a result, we are often caught in a cycle of trying the next new diet or workout plan. My goal is to help you understand the basics of nutrition and fitness so that you can not only distinguish fact from fad, but so that you are able to set goals you can actually achieve and create progress that you can actually maintain.

I LOVE WORKING WITH:

  • Those struggling to break the vicious cycle of restricting and overeating and looking to gain a better relationship with food and with themselves.
  • Hybrid athletes wanting to fuel their bodies better and gain a greater understanding of how their nutrition can support their training and recovery.
